Because every EOS Diamonds piece is crafted to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

This policy ensures that every ring is produced specifically for its intended owner with uncompromising quality.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every EOS Diamonds piece.
If you believe there is an issue with the quality or production of your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos

Our team will review the situation promptly.
If the issue is confirmed, we will make it right.

Damage, Loss, or Theft During Transit

If you purchased third-party insured shipping, please follow the insurer’s claim process.
Our team will assist where possible.

If insurance was not purchased, EOS Diamonds is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once the package has left our facility.

Custom Requests & Natural Diamonds

Custom orders — including those using natural (mined) diamonds — follow the same no-return, no-cancellation policy due to their individualized nature.

Resizing & Adjustments

If you need resizing or a post-delivery adjustment, contact our team.
Fees may apply depending on the design and required work.
