Made-to-Order Crafting
All EOS Diamonds rings are crafted specifically for each customer.
Our standard production timeline is 7–10 business days before shipment.
For rings featuring Internally Flawless (IF) diamonds, sourcing the perfect stone may require additional time. In those cases, our team will communicate any extended timelines promptly.
We always do our best to send orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
Shipping Methods
We ship all orders via trusted carriers and provide tracking information upon dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary based on carrier performance, weather, and location.
EOS Diamonds is not liable for delays after the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Insured Shipping Option (Strongly Recommended)
At checkout, customers may add third-party insured shipping, which protects against:

Because this insurance is provided by a third party, coverage and claims processes follow their terms.
EOS Diamonds strongly recommends adding insured shipping to your order.
Without purchased insurance, EOS Diamonds is not liable for any loss, damage, or issues that occur after the order leaves our facility.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is complete and accurate.
EOS Diamonds is not responsible for misdeliveries or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Signature Requirements
For security, orders may require an adult signature upon delivery.
This requirement cannot be waived.
